SelectSpecs.com are now proud sellers of Superdry Eyewear, including the recent winner of the Frames of the Year Award 2012 at the Optician Awards held at Hilton Park Lane, London.
The awesome ‘Officer’ frame by Superdry beat off all the competition from much bigger rivals in the eyewear market to be announced the winner in the landmark event in the optical calendar, this year marks the 15th year of celebrating excellence within the industry.
It’s an impressive achievement for the trendy Superdry brand who only entered the eyewear marketplace last year. The winning frame is one of their first models to be released, which shows that this is a brand that will no doubt go from strength to strength and is likely to be a big player in the future of the eyewear marketplace.
The Officer glasses by Superdry is a heavy-duty retro-inspired acetate frame with a square front; the frame is complemented with luxury hand-fitted leather temples – the same used in Superdry’s own premium leather goods. It also features intricate details such as laser engraving on the top of the brow and tough 7-barrel hinges.
